print-on-demand partners.

Please note:

shipping times vary by destination,
production times may affect delivery,
customers must provide complete, accurate, deliverable shipping information.

If an order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will assist with a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy. Address issues, missed deliveries, refused deliveries, unclaimed/hold-location parcels, and reshipments are handled under our Shipping Policy.

Elevate Business Consulting Srl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, printing partners, or technical issues outside our control, or for delivery failures resulting from incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, missed delivery attempts, refused deliveries, or failure to collect a parcel from a carrier hold location, as further described in our Shipping Policy.
