  • Physical books – printed and shipped to your address.
  • Subscription-based services – access to digital content only (no physical shipment).

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order has been placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our processing and production workflow.

  • Standard processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
  • During peak periods, holidays, or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. When your order has been produced and shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation message (where available).

Once an order enters production or ships, address changes may not be possible. If changes are requested after shipment (or if reshipping is required), additional shipping charges may apply.

3. Print-on-Demand and Fulfillment Partners

Physical books purchased on thebibleinayearsystem.com are often produced using professional print-on-demand and distribution partners.

This means:

  • your book is printed specifically for you after your order is placed,
  • production times can vary depending on demand and printing capacity,
  • shipping is carried out by third-party carriers (such as postal services and courier companies).

 

4. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • your destination country and region,
  • the production facility used,
  • the shipping option selected at checkout (where applicable).

As a general guideline:

  • Domestic shipments (within main fulfillment regions): usually arrive within 5–18 business days after production.
  • International shipments: may take approximately 10–25 business days, depending on customs and carrier conditions.

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Factors such as customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays may affect actual delivery times.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • destination country,
  • number of items in your order,
  • selected shipping method (where applicable).

The total shipping cost (if any) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Tracking Information

Whenever possible, we or our fulfillment partners will provide tracking information for your shipment.
Tracking availability may vary depending on:

  • the carrier used,

If tracking is available, you will typically receive a link or code via email once your order has shipped. Carrier tracking scans (including “Delivered” or “Available for Pickup/Hold”) are considered proof of delivery/availability.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, deliverable shipping address at checkout (including any required unit/apartment number, access codes, and other delivery details).

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the delivery failure and we are not required to issue a refund. The customer may need to contact the carrier or pick up the parcel at a hold/pickup location. If reshipment is required, all reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before production or shipment.
  • If a parcel is returned to sender due to address issues, refusal, or failure to collect it within the carrier’s holding period, reshipment (if available) requires payment of new shipping charges.

 

8. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Although we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, delays or issues may occur that are outside our direct control.

  • Delays: Carrier delays, customs inspections, or extraordinary events (e.g., weather, strikes) may affect delivery times.
  • Damaged items: If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect, please contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging (including the shipping label when possible) so we can assist with a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
  • Lost shipments: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier before delivery, we will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and, when appropriate, offer a replacement. Packages marked as “Delivered” or “Available for Pickup/Hold” are not considered lost. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the parcel, you must contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier investigation where possible.

 

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, local customs, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • Any such additional charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

 

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds for physical books are handled according to our official Refund Policy. Delivery failures due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, missed delivery attempts, refused deliveries, or unclaimed/hold-location parcels are not eligible for refunds. Reshipping (when available) requires payment of new shipping charges.

If you believe there has been a mistake with your order, or if you are not satisfied with the product received, please review the Refund Policy and contact us so we can assist you.

11. Duplicate / Multiple Orders

If duplicate or multiple orders are placed (including double or triple orders), they may be produced and shipped as separate parcels. Please contact us immediately if you believe you placed a duplicate order so we can review the options before production or shipment. Once processing/production begins, cancellations and shipping charges may not be recoverable.

12. Changes to This Shipping Policy

Elevate Business Consulting Srl may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our fulfillment processes, carriers, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site and placement of orders after such changes signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.
