We want you to be completely satisfied with every product and service purchased from The Bible In A Year System.
If something does not meet your expectations, we invite you to contact us directly so we can assist you quickly and fairly.
For eligible one-time purchases (such as eBooks, digital downloads and individual book orders), we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
If, within 60 days from the purchase date (digital products) or delivery date (physical books, as shown by carrier tracking), you feel that the product does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund. We will process your refund promptly. While we may ask for optional feedback to improve our products, your refund is not conditional on providing a reason.
This satisfaction guarantee applies only when the physical product is successfully delivered/received. It does not apply to delivery failures caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses, missed delivery attempts, refused deliveries, or unclaimed/hold-location parcels.
Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloadable resources) are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

please contact us first. We will work with you to restore access or provide a replacement file. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, your purchase remains covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
Approved digital refunds are issued 100% of the product price, excluding any non-recoverable payment/processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (where applicable).
For physical books shipped to your address:
Physical book purchases that fall under our satisfaction guarantee may also be refunded within 60 days of delivery, as long as the request is reasonable and not abusive and the item is returned intact (resellable condition) to the return address we provide.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, missed delivery attempts, refused deliveries, or failure to pick up the parcel from a carrier hold location. In these cases, we are not required to issue a refund. The customer is responsible for contacting the carrier or arranging pickup/new delivery. If reshipment is requested, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Duplicate or multiple orders (including double or triple orders) are not automatically refundable once processing/fulfillment has started. If items have already been produced/shipped/delivered, we may require returns of extra items (intact) before issuing any refund, under this policy.

Refund requests are normally reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Certain non-recoverable payment/processing fees may be excluded from the refunded amount where applicable.
We may limit repeated refund requests, request additional proof, and refuse requests that appear abusive or fraudulent.
While entirely optional, we greatly appreciate any feedback you can share about why you requested a refund.
