Guarantee & Delivery Rules (Please Read)

We want you to shop with confidence. Our policies are designed to be fair, clear, and fast to resolve when something goes wrong.
Our goal is clarity—not “gotchas.” If you’re unsure about anything, message us before taking any next step. We’ll guide you through the fastest solution.

The 60-Day Guarantee (What It Covers)

Physical books

Your 60-day guarantee starts on the delivery date (as shown by carrier tracking).
If your book is delivered and:

  • you don’t like it, or

  • it arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect,

you can request help under our guarantee (replacement or refund, depending on the case).

Digital products

Digital purchases are covered by our satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date.
If we can’t fix access/download issues, we’ll refund the product price (see “Processing / Banking Fees” below).

Our Fast-Resolution Promise

When you contact us first, we can usually resolve issues in one of these ways:

  • resend access or fix download delivery,

  • provide carrier instructions for pickup/hold situations,

  • replace damaged/misprinted items (with photo proof),

  • review refund options under our policies.

 

What the Guarantee Does NOT Cover (Very Important)

The 60-day guarantee applies to delivered orders. It does not apply to delivery failures caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout,

  • missed delivery attempts (nobody available),

  • refused deliveries, or

  • unclaimed/hold-location parcels not picked up within the carrier’s timeframe.

In these situations, the customer must contact the carrier, arrange pickup, or coordinate a new delivery.

Address Accuracy Is the Customer’s Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order (street, number, unit/apartment, ZIP code, city, country, and any access details).

If an address needs to be corrected after production or shipment, changes may not be possible.
If reshipment is required, new shipping charges apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns for Physical Books (When a Return Is Required)

If a return is required for a refund:

  • the item must be returned intact and in resellable condition, and

  • we will provide the return address and instructions after your request is reviewed.

Unless the issue is a confirmed production/fulfillment error, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged / Misprinted / Incorrect Items

If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • clear photos of the item, and

  • photos of the packaging (and shipping label when possible).

We’ll review quickly and offer the appropriate solution.

Duplicate / Multiple Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order (double or triple), contact us immediately.
If production/shipping has already started, cancellations may not be possible.
If multiple items were shipped/delivered, we may require the extra items to be returned (intact) before any refund is issued.

Processing / Banking Fees

In some cases, third-party payment providers charge processing fees that are not recoverable.
When applicable:

  • approved refunds for digital products are issued for the product price, excluding non-recoverable processing fees,

  • for physical orders, shipping charges and non-recoverable processing fees may not be refundable unless the issue was clearly our fault.

Fraud & Abuse Protection

To protect customers and prevent abuse, we may:

  • limit repeated refund requests,

  • request additional proof (including photos), and

  • refuse requests that appear abusive or fraudulent.
